Brazilian Coffee Flavor
The best Brazilian coffee has relatively low acidity and a sweet and mild nutty flavor with a hint of bitter and sweet chocolate.
Since Brazilian coffee grows at relatively low altitudes (compared to other regions, including Central America), the beans of this type of coffee are not very dense, and therefore its flavor is less intense than coffees grown at high altitudes.
Brazilian coffee is usually roasted as a medium roast or sometimes a dark roast, although its mild flavor makes it ideal for a dark roast, but over-roasting can also make it bitter.
