A tool consisting of two blades with a body usually made of metal with the right weight to create the right pressure, with finger rests on both sides to create pressure.

It is the most common tool for cutting cigarettes. Of course, there is also a cheaper and lower quality type with a plastic body or having one blade instead of two blades. For a professional and proper cut, it is not recommended to use the cheaper type because due to the lower weight or the slowness of the blade, it causes tears and cracks during cutting and takes away the pleasure of a proper smoke from you.
